About Paramount Impact

We were formed so a family does not have to choose between a December check and a private foundation they may not need. A donor-advised fund lets a household practice deciding, granting, and accounting together. Fiscal sponsorship lets a project operate under our exemption while it does the work. Both pass along values and skill, not only money.

Our mission is to make charitable giving simpler, more accountable, and more lasting, for families who give, for community projects that need a lawful home, and for the organizations those gifts support.

Paramount Legacy Funds are donor-advised funds that may be opened with no minimum. We assess 1% on incoming contributions. The fund is a place to recommend grants over time, with a record the family can return to.

Fiscal sponsorship is a home for charitable projects that are not their own 501(c)(3). There is a $500 start fee and 10% of incoming contributions. Sponsored projects operate as programs of Paramount Impact, the public charity, not as a separate company.

We also help existing foundations with grantmaking, reporting, and the ordinary work of staying in good order. We do not replace counsel.

We are not a family office, a wealth manager, or a commercial advisory firm. Other businesses in the Paramount family are separate. This site is the charity.

Paramount Impact is a public charity, EIN 99-3609530. It is governed by a board, chaired by Michael Glover. Funds we hold are charitable property and are used for charitable purposes. We do not engage in political campaign activity.
