Donor-advised funds

Contributions to a Paramount Legacy Fund are irrevocable. Paramount Impact retains legal control of DAF assets and has exclusive variance power. Grant recommendations are advisory and subject to review for compliance with IRC §4966 and applicable law.

Fiscal sponsorship (Model A)

Fiscal sponsorship arrangements are governed by written agreements. Paramount Impact does not guarantee fundraising results or project outcomes. Sponsored projects operate under our policies, reporting requirements, and disbursement controls.

Calculators

The Impact Calculator and CRT Calculator are educational models. They do not produce tax-savings totals, do not pass or fail remainder tests, and are not for use as a client-meeting script. They are not substitutes for a CPA, actuary, or counsel.

Fees

Fees are posted in plain English on the Fees page and on the donor-advised fund and fiscal sponsorship pages. A first conversation confirms them. Paramount Legacy Fund: $0 to open, 1% on incoming contributions, no setup fee. Fiscal sponsorship: $500 start fee and 10% of incoming contributions. We do not charge a fee on a balance sitting in a fund. We do not pay referral fees.
